Clinical Support Representative for Wound Care and Low Air Loss Products

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable Clinical Support Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive clinical support and guidance to healthcare professionals, focusing on wound care and low air loss products. Your expertise will play a critical role in assisting customers in understanding and effectively utilizing our products to enhance patient outcomes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Provide expert clinical guidance and support to healthcare professionals regarding wound care and low air loss products.
  2. Educate healthcare professionals on the proper use, benefits, and features of our products.
  3. Assist with product demonstrations, trainings, and presentations to healthcare facilities and individual clinicians.
  4. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and provide prompt resolution to ensure customer satisfaction.
  5. Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for product promotion and growth within the market.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and advancements in wound care and low air loss technology.
  7. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and feedback for internal review and improvement.
  8. Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to enhance product visibility and build relationships with key stakeholders.
  9. Contribute to the development of educational materials, clinical resources, and training programs.
  10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and customer service to enhance customer experience and product effectiveness.

REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in nursing or a related healthcare field.
  2. Prior experience in wound care and familiarity with low air loss products.
  3. Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of wound healing processes, pressure injury prevention, and management.
  4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with healthcare professionals and customers.
  5. Ability to provide clear and concise product explanations and instructions.
  6. Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently.
  7. Proficiency in using technology and computer systems for documentation and communication purposes.
  8. Willingness to travel to customer sites, conferences, and events as required.
